If you are wondering about the choice of our name, it was inspired by the business partners becoming friends while working in a flight kitchen. Also, we shared a favourite hobby of flying Paper Planes as kids.

We operate a commercial kitchen with the latest equipment for cooking, chilling and packing.  Our skilled team has expertise in large scale production and logistics. We contract manufacture for various customers to their recipes and specifications - be it family pack meals, single serve desserts, healthy meals, pie fillings, etc. Our customers are retailers, supermarkets, petrol stations, entrepreneurs and foodservice businesses.
