Our commercial kitchen has modern equipment to cook any type of food across various cuisines and pack them in portion sizes to suit customer requirements. Our team consists of some of the best chef talent and our number one focus is always customer delight. Our expertise and some of the products and services we currently offer are:

Contract Manufacturing. We specialise in making food to customer specifications and recipes. We have the ability to use specific food ingredients to suit specific taste profile or health requirements. For example using brown rice or pink salt for customers who make health food.

Ready to eat sauces. For example our delicious Butter Chicken Curry sauce packed in 1 kg bags and supplied frozen. This could be deal for a food service business that wants to have Butter Chicken on their menu... just thaw the sauce in desired quantity, cook protein and mix it for a tasty, authentic menu item. We can make any sauce to suit a budget if the minimum batch quantity is met.

 

Single serve meals. We have ourn own range of single serve meals that are available in select stores. We have 5 products - Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka, Chicken Korma, Beef Rendang and Beef Massaman. All meals are 400 gm and packed with rice. We blast freeze our meals, so that when they are reheated by the consumer, the aroma and taste is just as good as freshly cooked meals in their kitchen. We believe that our meals are better than any other similar meals available in retail stores.
